Apartment Deluxe with terrace (80 m²)

Description

The spacious DELUXE apartment on the 2rd or 1rd floor offers accommodation for four people in two separate bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has classic windows with the possibility of opening to micro-ventilation or ventilation with access to its own terrace, the second bedroom has fixed windows without the possibility of opening! The beds in the apartment cannot be split into 2x single beds!

Maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 guests, of which maximum 3 adults, maximum number of beds/apartment: 1

The private south-west facing terrace is accessed from the living room and one bedroom. The apartment kitchen is fully equipped (there is no oven or stove), in the living room there is 1x sofa, dining table and chairs, large TV with wifi connection, stand fan. Wardrobes and other storage spaces are in each bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with 1x bathroom with WC, washbasin and large shower + 1 x structurally separated wc with washbasin.
Total area of 80 square meters and private terrace of 10m2.

In winter, guests will appreciate the possibility of storing skis and ski boots in heated lockable boxes. In summer you can store your bikes in our bike room located next to the parking spaces.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, on the terrace or in the common areas of the house (e.g. corridors) (see Operating Regulations).
In the event of a violation of this prohibition, the guest's stay will be terminated without refund.

The following is included in the price:
- Equipped kitchen including appliances (hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, basic utensils including pans, glassware, china, cutlery, dishwasher tablets, dish towel, jar), bathroom: towels/dryers, toiletries (shower soap, hand cream, toilet paper)
- room service: daily checking/cleaning of baskets only, replenishment of toiletries and washing-up supplies in the kitchen, free change of towels and bath towels once every 3 days
- parking for 1 car in the underground garage
- from 1.6. - 30.9. a saltwater swimming pool is available for guests on the sun terrace on the roof of the apartment house. The pool is open from 9:00 - 19:30, closed during inclement weather.
