Studio Premium with terrace (80 m²) (60 m² + 10 m²)

Description

The fully equipped Premium Studio has a total area of 60 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of our apartment house.
The living room has a dining table and four chairs, as well as a corner sofa bed (1-2 persons), a bedroom with a double bed (structurally separated), a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate dressing room. From the bedroom and living room there is access to a private terrace planted with perennials and herbs, equipped with a table and chairs, a deck chair and a drying rack.

Maximum occupancy of the apartment is 4 persons, of which maximum 2 adults, maximum beds/apartment: 1

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, on the terrace or in the common areas of the house (e.g. corridors) (see Operating Regulations).
In the event of a violation of this prohibition, guests' stay will be terminated without refund.

The price includes:
- equipped kitchen including appliances (hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, basic dishes including pans, glassware, china, cutlery, dishwasher tablets, dish towel, jar) - the kitchen is structurally separated from the rest of the apartment.
Bathroom: towels/drying sheets for each guest of the apartment, toiletries (shower soap, hand cream, toilet paper)
- room service: daily checking/cleaning of baskets only, replenishment of toiletries and washing-up supplies in the kitchen, free change of towels and bath towels once every 3 days
- parking for 1 car in the underground garage - the parking card is ready on the table in the suite and must be placed behind the windscreen when parking in the underground garage
- from 1.6. - 30.9. a salt water swimming pool is available for guests on the sun terrace on the roof of the apartment house. The pool is open from 9:00 - 19:30, closed during inclement weather.
