The spacious Junior Suite offers accommodation for four people in two separate bedrooms with double beds. Both bedrooms have classic windows with the possibility of opening to micro-ventilation or ventilation, one bedroom has French windows to a private terrace with seating (table and chairs, sun lounger, drying rack).
In the study - the third room - there is a sofa bed (160x200) on which 1 - 2 additional guests can sleep comfortably
Maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 guests, of which maximum 4 adults, maximum number of baby cot/apartment: 1

The private south-west facing terrace is accessed from the living room and one bedroom. The apartment kitchen is fully equipped (there is no oven or stove), in the living room there is 2x sofa, dining table and chairs, large TV with wifi connection, standing fan. Wardrobes and other storage spaces are in each bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with 1x bathroom with WC, washbasin and large shower + 1 x structurally separated wc with washbasin), each guest is provided with 1x towel + bath towel, 1x coloured towel for the sun terrace.
Total area 105 sqm and private terrace 10m2.
In winter, you will appreciate the possibility of storing skis and ski boots in heated lockable boxes. In summer you can store your bikes in our bike room located next to the parking spaces.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, on the terrace or in the common areas of the house (e.g. corridors) (see Operating Regulations).
In the event of a violation of this prohibition, the guest's stay will be terminated without refund.

Apartment Deluxe with terrace and views of the Lipno Lake (80 m² + 10 m²)

The spacious DELUXE apartment on the 3rd floor offers accommodation for four people in two separate bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom has classic windows with the possibility of opening to micro-ventilation or ventilation with access to its own terrace, the second bedroom has fixed windows without the possibility of opening! The beds in the apartment cannot be split into 2x single beds!

SKY Superior Apartment (35 m² + 50 m²)

This fully equipped luxury SKY SuperiorSuite has a total area of 35 m2, a private roof terrace planted with perennialsand herbs of 50 m2, equipped with a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers with amagnificent view of the lake, mountains, and sunset.

The SKY suite is locatedon the sun terrace on the roof of the apartment building (4th floor). There is onlystaircase between the 3rd and 4th floor.The main area has a double bed with acomfortable mattress, a relaxation corner with coffee table, large LED TV, anda seating area with a view of the surroundings. In the smaller kitchenette youwill appreciate the minibar, where a bottle of chilled Prosecco will be readyfor you, and coffee can be prepared on the Nespresso capsule machine.

In thebathroom you will appreciate the spacious shower, sink with table, towels, bathtowels, soap and body lotion. In the hallway of the suite is a built-inwardrobe (including a safe) with a large mirror. The suite includes an infraredsauna with light therapy. SKY suite has its own air conditioning unit, on whichyou can set a comfortable temperature in summer and in winter you can warm upto your liking. The living room has access to its own private terrace.

The maximum capacity of the suite is 2people, maximum of 2 adults, without the possibility of an extra bed.

Guests of the SKY apartment can use thejacuzzi located on the sun terrace (reservation required in advance) and thesaltwater swimming pool in summer (unlimited entries when the pool is open) -these services are included in the price.
Finnish sauna in the sauna houselocated at the other end of the terrace is available at an extra cost -reservation required in advance.

The living room has a dining table and four chairs, as well as a corner sofa bed (1-2 persons), a bedroom with a double bed (structurally separated), a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate dressing room. From the bedroom and living room there is access to a private terrace planted with perennials and herbs, equipped with a table and chairs, a deck chair and a drying rack.
